Refund Policy

搂 1Automatic credit refunds

You should never pay credits for an image you never received. Whenever the upstream model returns a failure for a generation we charged you for, our backend will automatically refund the full credit cost to your account.

This refund is idempotent 鈥?even if you (or our status poller) check a failed task multiple times, you are refunded exactly once. The transaction appears in your credits ledger with the reason refund.

If you ever notice that a generation failed but credits were not refunded within 30 minutes, please email [email protected] with the task ID and we will reconcile manually.

搂 2Subscription refunds

For monthly and annual subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Max):

• You may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if you have used fewer than 50 credits from that billing period. This is more generous than the EU 14-day cooling-off period (which we honour where it applies).
• For renewals, refunds are available if you contact us within 7 days of the renewal date and have used fewer than 50 credits from the renewed period.
• If you cancel mid-period without requesting a refund, your plan continues until the end of the paid period and is not auto-refunded; you keep access and any unused credits expire under our Terms.
• Pro-rated refunds for partial months are not standard but may be considered for technical issues we caused.

搂 3One-off / credit-pack refunds

Standalone credit packs (if offered) are refundable for the unused portion within 14 days of purchase. Already-spent credits are not refundable in cash, but we may issue replacement credits at our discretion if a service issue affected your generations.

搂 4EU / UK consumer rights

If you are a consumer (i.e. acting outside your trade, business, craft or profession) resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the EEA, or Switzerland, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital-content contract within 14 days of purchase, except where you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery of the digital content begins.

By generating images on the Service or otherwise consuming credits, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for credits already used. Unused credits remain refundable for 14 days.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under your local consumer-protection laws.

搂 5Non-refundable cases

The following are not eligible for a refund:

• Credits already spent on successful generations.
• Subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day window where credits were used beyond the 50-credit threshold.
• Accounts terminated for violation of our Acceptable Use Policy or Terms of Service.
• Refund requests made more than 60 days after purchase, except where required by law.
• Dissatisfaction with the artistic quality of generated images, except where a clear technical fault made the image unusable.

搂 6How to request a refund

Send an email to [email protected] with:

• The email address registered on your account.
• The order ID or invoice number from your receipt (Creem provides this).
• Reason for the refund request.

We respond within 3 business days. If we are unable to respond within this window, our Merchant of Record (Creem) may issue a refund on our behalf to ensure customer satisfaction.

搂 7Processing time

Once approved, refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record back to the original payment method. Bank-side processing typically takes 5鈥?0 business days; some banks may take longer.

搂 8Chargebacks

Please contact us first 鈥?we will almost always issue a refund faster than your bank can dispute the charge. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account while we investigate. Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the relevant card network.
